Min-Woo Bang was born in Seoul, Korea in 1971. Before migrating to Autralia he studied for 3 years in a high school specializing in visual arts education.
Min-Woo gained a Diploma of Fine Arts from National Art School (1993) and graduated from Sydney College of the Arts, Sydney University, BVA (Hon) and MVA (1994~1999).

Min Woo Bang participated many group shows and held 13 solo exhibitions.

Since 1998, Min Woo Bang is a director of Croydon Art Studio where he runs art classes for kids & adults.
